
Engineers Without Borders Norway met with EWB Tanzania to discuss Strategic Collaboration Initiatives.

In a bid to enhance our collective efforts in improving organizational capabilities Engineers Without Borders Norway and EWB Tanzania met earlier this week for a pivotal discussion on capacity building. The meeting at EWB Tanzania offices at Mikocheni in Dar es Salaam focused on identifying key areas where both organizations could collaborate and share resources to improve operational efficiency, foster sustainable growth, and develop leadership skills.
Representatives from both organizations discussed strategies for empowering staff, improving processes, and ensuring that both entities have the necessary infrastructure to meet evolving challenges in their respective fields. The central aim was to create a joint roadmap for capacity building that could be tailored to the specific needs of both organizations.
